LOFT – Powered by Lieu-

In the past there used to be large gates, through which the farmers drove their tractors full of grapes. Now these gates have been transformed into large arched windows letting the light flow in.

The former wine cellar is now a magnificent holiday accommodation for 12 people under tall, sturdy rafters and with a trendy seamless floor. LOFT –Powered by Lieu- is suitable for one or more families, for groups of friends, for company trips with multi-date meetings with colleagues or for small (themed) group trips.
Eclectically designed, sometimes sleek, sometimes nostalgic, with design and vintage furniture and with intimate lighting, it offers a truly beautiful setting at night.
The LOFT is an attractive large space with a total living area of 300m2. The LOFT has a fully equipped large kitchen with 3 x 2 induction hobs, a large high refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, a dishwasher and a double sink. The kitchen also has a kitchen island with a bar for the viewers.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a 4-meter long table for 12 people, a cozy separate TV lounge (equipped with a 1,65m TV) with library, a second cozy sitting area with four two-seater couches and a pool billiard table.
There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own sink, smart TV and air-conditioning. In addition there are 3 bathrooms of which 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers and washbasin and 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, as well as a bathtub. There are three separate toilets and a luxurious infrared sauna!
Walking through the large patio doors you will find yourself in the huge garden with a heated and secured swimming pool of 8 x 4 m2. You have exclusive use of the pool with sunbeds and a very luxurious outdoor lounge corner. Furthermore a BBQ area and a large terrace can be found. On this terrace, in front of the loft, you will find a large dining table for al fresco dinners. On the side of the loft another terrace with garden furniture can be found.
The atmospheric outdoor lighting, the fairylights under the huge thatched parasol and the lights in the olive trees will provide a special atmosphere in the evening. The loft is situated above street level: you will have a terrific panoramic view over the roofs of Villedaigne.
