In 2018, we opened our first XL vacation home; LOFT - Powered by Lieu-.

Lieu: a name that’s a merger of the first two letters of our last names: Roger Lindelauf and Micky Eussen.

We are proud to announce the opening of our new gem:

MANOIR - Powered by Lieu- .

A second luxury XXL boutique house with more than 400 m2 of living space, suitable for up to 15 persons. It is even larger than the LOFT and just as ideal for a group of friends or multiple families.

This large stately home, surrounded by a beautiful French garden, is located in a wonderful typical French village: Bize-Minervois. A village with a weekly market, a few restaurants, an antique shop, a bar for morning coffees or afternoon drinks, and of course a bakery for fresh croissants, a small supermarket, and a lot more...

There is even more: if you set foot out of the front door, you are within 5 minutes’ walk of the river Cesse. A beautiful river where young and old meet to swim and picnic!

MANOIR – POWERED BY LIEU - IS MANOIR – POWERED WITH LOVE-

Our big beautiful new house breathes old allure: beautiful old floors, fireplaces, carved ceilings, stained glass doors, and two large balconies at the front and back made for a princess-worthy balcony scene.

On the ground floor, a spacious kitchen is located, equipped with everything you need to cook for 15 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with two tables for 8 persons each.

On the other side of the hallway, you will find the old ‘gentlemen's room' in a perfect stately condition where you can quietly read a book or socialize with your friends or family.

Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with a shared en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious third bedroom on the first floor has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet (this bedroom is suitable for 3 persons). On this same ground floor, you will find a separate toilet.

On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room, a large room with lounge sofas and an Xl TV.
On the first floor bedrooms 4 is located with a private shower and sink. Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7, also on the first floor, share a bathroom.
( bedroom 5 has a private sink) The separate toilet for this floor can be found in the hallway. 

AND HOW DID IT TURN OUT?

We bought the house in September 2022. We spent the winter furnishing the house in a unique, warm, stylish, kitschy, and artistic way. A lot like our LOFT, but different; in the MANOIR way.

 In a number of bedrooms we have hung wall-sized photos as an eye-catcher but also as an ode to the environment, as they are all places in the region that you can visit.
